At Shields Stamps & Coins, we strive for complete collector satisfaction by offering a 14-day return window for items in their original, unaltered condition. Please note that once a coin or stamp is removed from its protective grading slab or security seal, it is no longer eligible for return.

  Contact our support team within 14 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide details regarding your order.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original protective holders and use a padded envelope or rigid box to prevent any damage during transit.

  Insured Shipping

  Ship the package back to our office using a trackable and insured shipping method to protect against loss or damage of high-value numismatic items.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our experts verify the authenticity and condition of the returned item, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
